Michelle Seifert, founder and lead recruiter, is a self-motivated, dedicated and resourceful professional with a background in both the legal and hospitality industries. She offers a high-touch client service approach, market knowledge and excellent research and interpersonal skills. Our talent for understanding our clients’ company culture has created a loyal client base and praise of our ability to consistently identify the right talent to fulfill hiring needs. We gain exceptional rapport and trust with candidates, enhancing our ability to create the right candidate-client fit, time and again.

Our founder and lead recruiter, Michelle, practiced law for several years before finding her passion and talent for making perfect placements, and has worked as a full-cycle recruiter for the past 10 years. While an undergrad and MA student, she worked in hospitality, an industry that she grew up in, and in which her family continues. Michelle holds her JD from The University of San Francisco, as well as a Master’s Degree in Philosophy.
